We are looking for an analytical, collaborative, and creative marketer to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll make an impact on day 1 for the company across digital, product, and content (to name a few) sub-verticals within the marketing function. Marketing is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Design to enable growth in the long term. You will work closely on projects that will involve the extended Business and Product teams to drive the marketing functions from ideation to execution. How success will be measured in this role:
  • Qualified leads generated, meetings booked, and deals/pipeline sourced in mid-market, enterprise, and strategic segments, CPA
What will you be doing:
  • Lead and develop our Demand Generation team, strategy, and tactics to build a new pipeline. Create diverse opportunities for generating income and sales.
  • Constantly experiment and implement new growth strategies that boost and optimize the entire digital marketing funnel including paid or organic, inbound and outbound channels.
  • Manage our paid marketing strategies with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. agencies) across multiple countries and channels such as search, display, social, SSP vendor, etc
  • Collaborate with the sales team to plan & execute outbound marketing as well as ABM campaigns
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management tools to streamline, automate and measure all demand generation initiatives, tasks and workflows.
  • Measure all demand-generation initiatives using appropriate analytics tools & collaborate with the other marketing functions to optimize landing pages, lead-gen forms, content/ad copies, scripts, etc.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple campaigns and channels simultaneously.
Requirements
  • You have at least 3 years of growth marketing experience in a technology company, preferably B2B or Fintech.
  • You’re a T-shaped marketer who has strong knowledge in major performance channels with experience in getting your own success to lift up the conversion.
  • You’re proud of owning a key metric and relentlessly achieving the goal to build your own success story.
  • You love to test and measure all of your communications and user journey touch points, running many tests at any point in time.
  • You’d like to develop a deep understanding of our customers and their customer journey.
  • You have an ability to come up with ideas and projects and manage them through to completion in a timely manner even with all the distractions or competing priorities.
  • You have experience with Google Analytics, Facebook ad manager, Google search/display ads, Linkedin ads, twitter and other key digital marketing platforms.
  • You’re proficient in Excel/Google Sheet.
  • You’re a self-starter, willing to read and watch and try in order to learn.
  • You’re action-oriented and tech savvy.
  • You embrace tolerance for ambiguity and have the ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
Benefits

Salary: 300,000 – 372,000 HKD
